We are a worldwide organization
Conventional education coupled with fixed regime syllabus oriented teaching has brought about disarray and innate dissatisfaction amongst the youth at the threshold of supposedly productive lives. Introspection is the need of the hour... We are all aware that current education eco system do not have the prerequisites towards fruitful live-personally and professionally. Given the present day circumstances it is quite obvious for all to see none of us really have. The regular syllabi beaten hard into those fickle minds may bring about numerous so called "educated" youth, but will they be worthy enough for an employment of their choice and winner in Life? The issue has to be addressed by talent analysis, counselling, ongoing mentoring, domain specific trainings by psychologists, career councillors, life coaches and industry experts, for students, passed outs, entry level employees, teachers, parents and so on!
